Rotisseries and roast chicken shops
Receive your orders paid
and organised by time.
Everything that comes off your counter (chickens, cannelloni, croquettes, trays, salads) with its collection times, in your rotisserie's online shop. Your customer places the order and chooses when they'll come to collect it; you read it on the screen, by time, without answering messages one by one. No Don Barrio commission per order.
You upload your menu (whole, halves, quarters and extras), set your time slots and share the link.
Your customer picks an available collection time and you see in the dashboard when each one comes in.
You cook it and Don Barrio doesn't take a percentage of your sales. You only pay your payment provider's fee for taking card payments.
Let's be straight
You have the work under control.
What wears you out is the phone ringing in the middle of the rush.
Only the orders arrive on their own, in order and already paid.

“The phone rings while I've got a queue at the counter.”
The order comes in by itself through your shop, already written and already paid. The phone is left free for what's urgent.
“Between voice notes and loose messages, I always miss an order.”
Each order arrives with name, time, items and extras. Nothing to decipher, nothing to lose.
“I want to know what I've been asked for before the rush.”
Advance orders are in your dashboard with what each contains and its collection time. By twelve you already know what you've been asked for.
This is what your customer sees
Your customer chooses what they take, the extras and the time. And pays from their phone or computer.
Nothing to install and no account: they open your link from their phone or computer, from a WhatsApp message or with the counter QR, build their order and book the collection slot. Try it right here, it's a rotisserie's example shop.
- Open your link
- Choose what they want
- Book a time slot
- Pay
Add a whole chicken, some cannelloni or a couple of quarters, and choose your time.
Orders that arrive by phone
Instagram and WhatsApp bring you customers. They don't bring you orders in order.
On Sundays they arrive all mixed up: a 40-second voice note, a photo of the menu, a “can you keep it for one o'clock?” and an Instagram request that doesn't even notify you. With Don Barrio you reply with your link: the customer chooses, pays and their order appears on the screen by itself, with name, time and extras.
Hi! can you keep 2 whole chickens for one o'clock?
12:41Sorry, I'm at the counter, I'll tell you in a moment
12:58Actually make it 13:30, can you confirm?
- Every order is five messages back and forth while there's a queue.
- Time changes get lost among voice notes, photos and stories.
- Nobody pays until they arrive, and the odd chicken goes uncollected.
- When you close, you have no customer list left: everything stays inside the chat.
- Everything written down, by slot and by customer: not a voice note to listen to.
- You see what you've already been asked for: what's in each order and what time it's collected.
- You take payment as you prefer: online when ordering, or in your shop on collection.
- When you close, each customer's record stays with you, not in a chat.
And when you pull down the shutter
Your customer list is yours. Don Barrio works to bring them back.
A rotisserie lives off its regulars: those who come every Sunday for the chicken, those who order a tray of cannelloni at Christmas, those who drop by on Tuesday for the croquettes. With each order, Don Barrio leaves you their record: what they took, how many times they've come back and when the last time was.

“On Sundays we no longer pick up the phone until half past one. The orders are on the screen, by time, and we know how many chickens and how many trays to prepare. No more answering messages one by one.”
