On the fee, and nothing else. We don't take part of your sales, we don't sell your data and we don't charge to rank you anywhere. When your business grows, we charge the same.

It's 30 days of the Complete plan with no card needed, and you activate it whenever you like from your dashboard. It's one per business, not one per shop. When it ends, your shop goes back to the Free plan without deleting anything, and if you decide to pay before it ends you don't lose the days you have left.

It's what it costs to take card payments, just like the card terminal at your counter. Your payment provider charges it, it doesn't go through us and you see it on every payment. If your customer pays on collection, there's no fee.

Yes. From the Free plan you activate the Complete plan when it suits you. If you cancel, you stay on the Complete plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your shop goes back to the Free plan, without losing anything. And if you switch between monthly and annual payment, the change applies at the next payment: we don't split the current period or charge you differences midway.

No. Prices are shown without VAT: €99 a month + VAT. On your invoice you'll see the VAT itemised separately.

Yes: each shop has its own plan and fee, because each one sells on its own. The free trial, however, is one per business: you activate it on the shop you choose. If you have several and want to talk it through before setting them up, write to us.
